Refund & Exchange
Due to the nature of our product, hygiene reasons and Covid-19, we can not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions about your purchase. We will be more than happy to provide you with solutions upon your inquiry.
Shipping
Currently shipping within the US only. We formulate in small batches therefore estimate delivery time is about 1-2 weeks.
Damaged Package
We pack all orders securely to ensure that they arrive safely to their destinations. However, if your products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (please send photos).
Lost Package
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the package indicates it has been delivered. If this does occur, please contact us immediately and we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Shelf Life
Beauty products:
- 6 months from the date of purchase
- 6 months after opening
Care & Storage
Our products contain no harsh chemicals and only natural preservatives. Please store unopened products in cool and dry place without direct sunlight and intense light.
